There are a few things that are critical for making sure your mobile notary signing:
You need to make sure that you have documents (i.e. Birth Certificate, Death Certificate) that are certified copies issued by the Oklahoma Department of Health in the last 12 months (1year) bearing the signature of the Court Clerks and the State Registrar of the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
We will need to see the document in advance to make sure there is ample space for our Oklahoma notary stamp on the signature page, otherwise we will attach a Notary Certificate to your document.
